Private first.
Frontline gives employees a separate space to discuss their working reality with SANDR. That conversation is not a manager feed.
Trust / operating boundaries
SANDR is meant to help people understand the work, not quietly take authority over it. Private conversations, shared signals and approved actions have different rules.
Three boundaries
A workplace can only learn from real situations if the people describing them know where their words will go.
Frontline gives employees a separate space to discuss their working reality with SANDR. That conversation is not a manager feed.
An employee reviews and approves what to pass on. The main workspace receives a signal about the situation, not the private conversation or the employee’s identity. In a small team, context can still make a situation recognisable, so the wording matters.
SANDR can connect evidence and prepare a response. A responsible person reviews consequential changes before they enter the business.
Consent in motion
Honest outputs
The operating story should make it possible to trace a recommendation back to the source, question uncertainty and later check whether the work helped.
A signal should not erase the words and evidence that led to it.
The method connects a problem to relevant work instead of presenting a generic answer as certainty.
Completing a task and improving an operating situation are different things.
