Help centre / SANDR
Use SANDR like part of the team.
Set up one real place, build a light daily routine, and go deeper only when the decision deserves it. These guides describe the habits behind the product, not just the buttons.
01 / Build the rhythm
Begin with the work in front of you.
For invited teams: start with a venue, give each person a clear role, and keep the facts moving through the week.
Getting started
Enter your invited workspace, follow one real venue problem through to a result, and know exactly what “ready” looks like.

Read guideA reusable habit
Give SANDR four things.
You do not need elaborate prompts. A clear brief works for a handover, an investigation, or a weekly review.
- Context — where and when did this happen?
- Goal — what decision, note, plan, or handover should exist at the end?
- Constraints — what time, people, budget, policy, or standard cannot be ignored?
- Output — what form can the team use next?
Friday 08:00–09:00, one barista was off, drinks backed up ten minutes, and two regulars left. Use this venue only. Separate facts from hypotheses, tell me what evidence is missing, and propose one reversible move with an owner and proof.
Inside the app
Your workspace has deeper help.
Open Settings → Help inside SANDR for the in-product manual, guided tours, terminology, and the Help Assistant. Page help stays scoped to the screen you are on.
These public guides cover the parts that are easier to read before service: setup, the daily rhythm, and briefing the team.
