This website notice does not describe data processed inside public-beta customer workspaces. Product users should read the current SANDR Product Privacy Notice.

When you request a walkthrough, ask about public-beta access, or apply to the guided-beta programme, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organisation, role, business or venue type, venue count, the topic or recurring problem you want to discuss, and any participation confirmation included in the form.

Required fields are marked in the form. Without them, SANDR cannot assess the request or application and reply. Do not include payment, health, identity-document, special-category, confidential staff, or other people’s personal data in the message field.

The server also receives ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, requested path, browser information, and network address in hosting logs. Theme and colour preferences are stored in your own browser using local storage. First-party measurement uses a random identifier that lasts only for the current browser tab, semantic keys for published pages and actions, coarse engagement and performance buckets, coarse referrer and device categories, and approved campaign categories. Unknown page paths are recorded only as “not found”, and unrecognised campaign values are discarded. It does not send raw Help searches, page or referrer URLs, form content, account or workspace identifiers, or a durable advertising identifier. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track prevents these browser events from being sent.

We use enquiry and application details to reply, prepare a relevant walkthrough, assess guided-beta or other public-beta fit, select participants, arrange onboarding, and take steps toward a programme or pilot agreement. We use limited technical logs and privacy-safe first-party events to run, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and Help journey. Form and Help-search content are not included in interaction analytics.

Where European data-protection law applies, this processing is based on responding to your request, taking steps before a possible agreement, and SANDR’s legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and understanding whether its public-beta journey works. The required form confirmation records that you have seen this notice and permit a reply; it does not subscribe you to marketing. SANDR would request separate consent before sending unrelated marketing.

Data may be handled by service providers that host the website, deliver the enquiry, provide business email, or support a pilot. They are used only for those services. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, SANDR will use an applicable transfer mechanism and describe the provider in the relevant pilot or service notice.

SANDR does not sell website enquiry data.

Enquiries and unsuccessful programme applications are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected to an active programme, pilot, product account, dispute, or legal obligation may be retained for the period described in the applicable product notice or agreement, or as required by law. Short-lived security and delivery logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
