Clear terms for an early-stage product.

You may use the SANDR website to learn about the product, read resources, and request a conversation. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, extract private material, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

A form submission, account creation, or walkthrough request does not create a customer, employment, investment, or partnership relationship. SANDR may change, pause, or withdraw beta features while the product is under active development. Before entering a workspace, an authorised business user must review and accept the current SANDR Product Terms and Product Privacy Notice. A separately signed order or pilot agreement applies where the parties expressly agree one.

Applying does not guarantee selection, reserve one of the 50 places, or start a paid subscription. Applications are assessed for programme fit and availability; the current application window is confirmed in writing. Participation starts only after SANDR confirms selection in writing and an authorised workspace owner accepts the Product Terms and Product Privacy Notice.

Unless the written confirmation says otherwise, the selected workspace receives 60 consecutive days without a monthly subscription fee, personal onboarding and reasonable hands-on programme support, plus 2,000 promotional SANDR Credits after activation. AI activity remains metered; plan, role, venue, safety and technical limits continue to apply. Promotional credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be combined with another workspace trial, discount or promotional allowance unless SANDR confirms otherwise in writing.

No card is required to join and the programme does not convert into a paid plan automatically. Any credit top-up or paid plan requires a separate, explicit choice at the price and terms shown at that time. At the end of the programme, the workspace moves to the access level selected by its owner or to whatever free access is then available.

Participants agree to name the person responsible, use a real business case at least weekly, protect staff and business data, and provide two short feedback reads. SANDR may use programme feedback internally to improve the product. SANDR will not publish a participant’s name, logo, testimonial or case study without separate permission. Programme support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and is not an uptime or response-time service commitment.

SANDR is under active development. Website descriptions explain current direction and public-beta capabilities, but individual features may be limited, changed, or unavailable for a particular workspace. SANDR will distinguish what is live, what is beta-stage, and what is planned.

The SANDR name, visual identity, website copy, illustrations, software descriptions, and original resources belong to SANDR or their respective licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial material, remove attribution, or present SANDR material as your own without permission.

Do not use the enquiry form for passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, confidential staff reports, or personal data about another person. A pilot requiring business or employee data must use the agreed product and data-handling process, not the marketing website.

The public website and resources are provided for general information. SANDR works to keep them accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that general content will fit every business. Nothing on this site replaces professional legal, food-safety, employment, financial, or other regulated advice.
