These terms cover the public website and requests to discuss early access. A paid or data-connected pilot receives its own written agreement.

Using this website
You may use the SANDR website to learn about the product, read resources, and request a conversation. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, extract private material, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
Early access is agreed separately
A form submission or walkthrough request does not create a customer, employment, investment, or partnership relationship. Availability is limited and SANDR may accept, decline, pause, or change an early-access programme. Any paid pilot, platform access, confidentiality, data processing, service level, price, or support commitment must be set out in a separate written agreement.
Product information
SANDR is under active development. Website descriptions explain current direction and pilot capabilities, but individual features may be limited, changed, or unavailable in a particular pilot. During a walkthrough we will distinguish what is live, what is pilot-stage, and what is planned.
Content and ownership
The SANDR name, visual identity, website copy, illustrations, software descriptions, and original resources belong to SANDR or their respective licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial material, remove attribution, or present SANDR material as your own without permission.
What not to submit
Do not use the enquiry form for passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, confidential staff reports, or personal data about another person. A pilot requiring operational or employee data must use the agreed product and data-handling process, not the marketing website.
Website availability
The public website and resources are provided for general information. SANDR works to keep them accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that general content will fit every operation. Nothing on this site replaces professional legal, food-safety, employment, financial, or other regulated advice.
