About / the work behind SANDR
A business can have plenty of data and still lose the reason a decision was made. SANDR is being built to keep observations, judgment and follow-through in the same story.
The starting point
Hospitality teams meet the same pressures in different forms: a handover that misses one detail, a service standard that depends on one person, a problem that gets solved today and returns next week. The work is not simply to collect more notes. It is to understand what they reveal and carry the learning into the next decision.
SANDR brings that operating memory into the daily conversation. It helps people ask better questions, prepare a workable response, and see whether the situation actually improved.
What guides the product
Start with what a person actually saw or experienced, including the rough and incomplete version.
Software can help with sense-making and preparation; responsibility for important changes remains with the team.
Preserve the link between a problem, the work chosen and the later result, so learning does not disappear with a shift change.
Who is building it
SANDR is developed by Matas Paulinas in Vilnius, Lithuania. The software and consulting practice are separate: teams can use SANDR without hiring a consultant, and the product must prove useful in their own hands.
