Frontline / For employees
Think it through. Practise. Share when you choose.
Frontline is your space in SANDR as a member of a restaurant or café team. Talk through something that happened at work, prepare for a conversation or learn a practical skill. You decide whether a situation stays in your private conversation or becomes a summary you approve for management.
Say it in your own words.
You do not need to arrive with a polished report. Explain what happened and what feels unclear. SANDR can help you separate the facts from your first reaction, work out what is within your control and find a useful next step. In this private conversation, it works with what you tell it.
- “I was corrected in front of everyone. Help me prepare a calm conversation about it.”
- “Two people gave me different priorities. How can I ask which one comes first?”
Practise something you can use at work.
Craft brings together practical guides, short exercises and ways to phrase difficult requests. You can explore topics that matter to your role, save useful material and mark what you have practised. Your learning progress stays private. Use a guide to try a clearer request for help, handle a mistake or prepare for more responsibility.
See what happened after an issue was raised.
In Loops, you can see management updates about the issues raised at your venue: what was heard, what changed and what is still being watched. Managers can use an approved summary to start a check-in and agree work. A response gives the team a way to see whether its observations led to attention or change.
For owners and managers: bring Frontline to your team.
Frontline is part of your workplace’s SANDR workspace. Each employee is invited to an assigned venue. Apply for the guided beta to try the employee experience alongside your management work. If selected, we will agree scope and explain participation and sharing before the team starts.
