For managers

Make sense of the situation. Know what to do next.

SANDR helps restaurant and café managers work through the problems behind everyday operations. Describe what is happening, bring in the relevant facts and review the response together. You get a clearer way to move from a messy situation to an agreed plan and a result you can check.

You can start before you have the answer.

Perhaps preparation keeps running late, a standard is understood differently by different people, or a change helped for a week and then stopped working. Explain it in your own words. A check-in helps organise the observations, surface possible patterns and show what needs a closer look.

Check the reading before choosing the work.

SANDR can propose which operational problems fit the facts. Review the supporting observations, remove weak matches and add what it has missed. Then examine the suggested actions and their reasoning. You can choose the work that fits your venue and add it to an existing plan or start a new one.

Give each action a clear place.

Keep the person responsible, the date and the reason for the work together. Make dependencies visible so the team can see what must happen first. If work stops, record the blocker and what is needed to move it forward. Supporting files, notes and proof stay connected to the task.

Make useful employee feedback lead somewhere.

Employees can choose to share a reviewed summary of a work situation through Frontline. You receive the approved summary and the surfaced pattern. You can acknowledge it, use it to start a check-in and publish a response explaining what you heard, what changed and what you are still watching.

Return to the problem after the task is done.

Completing an action is one part of the job. SANDR also provides a place to record what happened afterwards and the evidence behind it. That gives the next conversation a better starting point.

  • Did the original problem improve?
  • What evidence supports that answer?
  • If the problem returned, what should we review before repeating the same action?

Bring one situation your team is dealing with.

Apply for the guided beta. Tell us about your venue and the work you want to improve. If selected, we will agree a practical starting scope and help you try the path from the first observation to the follow-up.
